Co-founded, built and scaled Lead Scout into one of the top field sales apps for home service pros. We built Lead Scout to help residential contractors coordinate their field sales teams, track all of their prospects, and close more leads.

Wedge was entering a pivotal phase: preparing for scale post-Series A with high expectations around product growth, brand maturity, and market traction. They brought me in as a principal designer who could drive their business into their next phase of growth.

Pratexo is at the bleeding edge of renewable tech and AI-powered predictive maintenance. I led design and worked across hardware and software teams to design 4 products, bring them to market, and get traction with their first customers.

Pratexo is a platform that utilizes detailed sensor data and AI to help businesses with complex electric infrastructure (like EV charging networks and renewable energy companies) ensure their systems are always on and running at max efficiency.

As the lead on product design, experience strategy, and team alignment, I was brought in to help a mid-market fintech company transition from outdated, fragmented operations into a coherent, intuitive, and modern product ecosystem. We replaced paper systems with a new digital product suite - improving data access, supercharging operational speed, and reducing employee training costs. This wasn't just a design facelift. It was an organizational shift.

Boston Children's Hospital, one of the nation's leading pediatric care institutions, needed a bold new vision for their digital presence. I led a design team to reimagine their digital experience from the ground up.

StorySmith's platform utilizes their own propertiary, privacy-first LLM to allow filmmakers to efficiently create compelling narratives from transcripts. I coached the founders, led product design, became their founding investor, and continue to advise the team as they are building and scaling the product.
